To whom it may concern, One week ago my boyfriend went to Krystal restaurant on Olglethorpe Blvd trying to get lunch on lunch hour from work. The line was very backed up so he left and went across town to the one on Slappey Blvd. There he was the 5th vehicle in line he was stuck in line there for 55 minutes before a vehicle moved the whole time. What is the deal with the drive thru's. If they can't serve someone in a timely manner they need to close the windows down until they can properly serve customers. both drive throughs have been doing this very often. Terrible Service...
