I eaten at this place for years before it closed down from being in bad shape the food had gotten very bad service horrible but it decided to come back and open up in Albany ga again started out good new faces great food I don't know what happen I think it was the cooks staff mangerment didn't care after being back in business about 8 months the food started back being not good , sweet tea horrible tasted like unsweetened tea when made it aware too the mangerment she said it always been like that I know that's not true I have eaten at this places for years and that one of the items keep me coming back good home sweet tea and ribs but I was told by a female manger that i can put my own sugar in cold tea didn't understand that I'm customer buyer sonny's sweet tea why should I put sugar in sweet it had none in there so she ask Mr would I like too talk to another mangerment so she go and talk with an Manger herself and come back and say he told me you give u sugar too put in the tea some of my food was Cold I ordered 45 dollars worth of food at this time enough is enough I asked for my money back she questioned me about my order what was wrong with I said it's not rite she said it is I checked it myself so that makes it rite my orka was Cold my ribs was cold and fries I asked for dry toast I got garlic toast which I don't like then she said no problem it shouldn't have been an problem so why asked me what's wrong with the order very very unprofessional no Manger should have act that way Mrs. Vickie is very nice an sweet heart always an pleasure talking too her making sure my order is rite before I leave but she was off at this time this hasn't been the first time for this bad service because of this time I made up my mind I want be returning! Get some better help

Always great
