I waited inline 40 minutes for one cheeseburger, small order of fries, and tea. I will never visit this place again. Twice I have had to wait over 30 minutes for a single order. McDonald's use to be the best, no more!!!!

Over the years this place has really gone down. Customer service is horrible, food is horrible!.No matter the time of day or night you visit McDonald's in Moultrie the food and customer service is horrible. In order for McDonald's to get better it has to start at the top level, and that is the owner/owners. If the employees attitudes are bad then owners & manager are to blame because they are hiring people just like them.

It's not the food bringing this place down, its the horrible attitude and service from the employees. You can't even ask for a packet of ketchup here.

Terrible service! I told manager about short order and was told should have called, I said did want to call just wanted them to know. She shut window in face and walked away!
