During each visit to Bainbridge, Georgia, I make it a point to dine at Carter's Fried Chicken, where the chicken is always crispy and perfectly seasoned. The food is okay but the service is horrible!!! You can place an order over the phone with a 20 minute wait time but when you arrive, you are liable to wait an hour! Not sure who came up with grand idea to let customers place orders at the window and WAIT on it.
