I've been searching for authentic Hong Kong style Chinese food in Atlanta, and so far, Alpharetta is the only place that meets my standards, with dishes comparable to Canton Cooks. The hot pot we had was sizzling and stayed warm throughout the meal, and the salt and pepper squid, although onion-heavy, was crispy and flavorful.
