The shop is small and chaotic, with busy crowds and unlabeled bagels that made me a bit anxious, plus prices were hard to find in-store but I eventually figured them out online. Despite the hectic atmosphere, the bagels are large, soft, and flavorful, and the honey walnut schmear paired perfectly with the French toast bagel I tried. The service was quick and efficient, and even with a long line, the wait was only about 10 minutes, making it clear why so many people keep coming back.
