I finally tried This Is It and was impressed by the whole fried catfish, which was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. The cabbage was pleasantly sweet, and the collard greens became great with a splash of apple cider vinegar. While I found some proteins a bit bland initially, a little seasoning and cooking brought out their flavors, making for a delicious meal overall.

Finally tried out This Is It and it did not disappoint. The whole fried catfish was cooked to perfection and the collard greens and cabbage were seasoned just right. The atmosphere was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive.
