I pick this place just for reading the reviews, but was a terrible mistake. We were a party of four all of us out of town trying something local, very big deception. The guy from Italy ask for a pork chop it was super thin and hard as a rock, not really impressed with their wings, instead of fries I ask for a cup of chilly... Still got the fries plus they were cold. Only good place to drink beer and watch a game and that's it.

I go to Joe's to Go in Lilburn atleast once a month. The staff is always great and the food is always cooked to order, hot, and delicious!

Best wings in area. We go there or pick up just about every week. Restaurant has been renovated and looks great. All other items on menu are very good as well. Great service, friendly.

I had an early lunch today at the Lilburn Joes To Goes and just as I was finishing up an elderly group of 3 seniors seated themselves behind me. They talked for a little while and then got up and started to leave.

The manager came over and asked them why they were leaving and the (supposed) caretaker of the group said they were leaving because the other elderly lady couldn't find anything she could eat. Well, I have to tell you that that manager promised to make her anything she wanted and went on to suggest a few things she might want. They ended up staying. I had a lump in my throat witnessing how sweet and kind the manager was and how she just plain went WAY out of her way to be sweet to these cute seniors.

It's so rewarding to witness such kindness. I liked this restaurant before but now...it's my favorite place to eat.

WELL DONE AND KEEP UP THE WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

hey i call joes in lilburn at about 10:55pm and the phone rep told me the store was closed...but guess what the manager called me back and told me he would make me whatever i wanted after closing and yes he did that told me the food would be ready in 15 min...and that's what happen i got their and fresh hot wings 30 of them...wow!! now i don't know about the poster Lisa is talking about but each and every time i go to joes the food is always great...so maybe she was looking for a free hand out. but joe or who ever runs that place keep up the good work...

When you walk in, it looks unkempt. It seems as though they haven't vacuumed properly, ever. Large pieces of door frames were missing. I decided not to leave because it was highly recommended for quality of food. I decided to give this place a chance, although I felt unclean just walking in. Service was awful. The girl who took my order didn't know what she was doing and the only person there to help her was ignoring her AND me. I didn't get what I ordered, even when I told the young lady that it wasn't all there. When the food got to us, it was cold and instead of teryaki flavor, it was mild flavor. I sent it back and it came back new, but still the wrong flavor and burned my tongue. When I asked to see the manager, I had to wait almost an hour for him to come back from delivery. Once the manager/delivery guy arrived, I told him everything that had happened and all I got back was a bunch of excuses and one apology. He added, "What do you want me to do?" In the conversation that followed, I had to say twice that I wanted a refund before he would oblige. While speaking to the manager still, my 6 year old son told me that he felt like throwing up after eating the food there.15 minutes later, he did.

Do not risk the health of yourself and your loved ones, test your own patience, and waste your money here. This is the most horrible place I have ever been. I hope for the health of others that this closes down soon.
