The food here is incredible, and I'm tempted to make the 35-minute drive again today after just eating there yesterday. The pork chops are to die for, the mac and cheese is delicious, and you absolutely have to try the banana pudding-everything feels like a warm hug from grandma, even if the service can be a bit hectic at times.

I stopped in Mike's restaurant today for lunch. Staff was real friendly, food was hot and the iced tea was just sweet enough. Very filling meal with huge piece of coconut cake for around nine bucks. The restaurant is easy to find, just off I-20, north of the Interstate. I will definitely return and tell all my friends and clients about this place!
