I've been using Dream Dinners for about two months now and I'm really happy with it. The meals have been exceeding my expectations - they're all so tasty and flavorful. The shop is super clean and organized, making it easy to whip up several dinners quickly with their clear recipes and well-stocked stations. I love giving gift certificates or prepared foods from Dream Dinners to new moms or families in need - it's such a great time-saver and the food is delicious!

I used this location for a couple years with wonderful service when Shannon was the manager. Quality & customer service has tanked while prices have been jacked up since Alisha took over. I just got 3.5 hours notice that my order was cancelled because 1 employee couldn't make it into work today. I'm required to give 6 DAYS notice if something comes up in my life. I called & emailed. I asked if there wasn't anyone else who could be called in to work. I asked if the manager wasn't able to step up & make it right. Nope, she can't be bothered to stay later or work it into her day. Yet there's plenty of time to chit chat when I do come in to pick up my orders. Ok then. There's nothing she can do to make it right. Just gave me a rescheduled day in which I'll be out of town.
