I have been order from this place ever week for the passed few years except for when they are not open during posted buisness hours. And I called to place and order they told me 20 mins. I got there 20 mins. Later paid for my order then found out they did not even start my order yet and the pizza guy tries claiming it just came in because he failed to do his job. So I tried to talk to the owner and he just ignored me so I then asked for a refund then as the girl was giving me a refund the owner starts paying attention so I told him I order 20 mins. Ago and they have not started making it yet he responds 20 mins. Ago and just turns his back to me and ignores me again. I would have been okay with the pizza taking longer I just wanted him to be aware of what was going on but his rudeness, lack of customer service skills and ignoring me made me decide to get the refund and then when he turned his back to me and ignored me again he lost a great weekly customer as I felt highly disrespected and will never go there again. And told him I would not return and put reviews of how I was treated and he could care less. So I also will contact the president of Johnnys and put reviews everywhere I can and do not use this place if you like good customer service or feeling like a valued customer when you are spending money in and establishment weekly.
