Today at Eldorado, we were pleasantly surprised by their delicious tortas, featuring a chicken and a chorizo con huevos option. The chicken was tender and well-seasoned, while the chorizo con huevos had a rich flavor, albeit a tad heavier. Served on toasted buns with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and creamy avocado, these generously sized sandwiches are perfect for sharing and definitely worth the $5 price tag.
