My recent stay at the hotel left much to be desired as the hot water was lacking and the lobby coffee was disappointingly cold despite being freshly made. However, the night staff on duty on 12/2/22 truly impressed me with their exceptional service, going above and beyond to reunite us with a lost item and ensuring our stay was as perfect as can be. Despite some minor setbacks, the clean rooms, accommodating staff, and convenient amenities make this hotel a worthwhile choice for future visits in the area.
