We used to call Mandarin House regularly for take out. While it's a bit pricey for Chinese, it was convenient. Tonight was the last time -- my husband called and ordered dinner and it took more than 2 hours to arrive. And it was cold. When I called to complain the woman was arguing with me and beligerant. She was not at all interesting in making a happy customer. In fact, her response was, "Just don't order here anymore." I won't. The food is decent, but overpriced and the service and attitude is lousy.
