The ordering system sucks, filling out a form, and they have the nerve to still have a "tips" can/jar. For what?!
I ordered the bison burger, but I couldn't tell if it was really bison or just another overcooked beef patty. Reminded me of a Wendy's burger. The one tomato given was soggy, which made my burger soggy. The staff seemed somewhat "relaxed" (or lazy). The cleanliness was horrible, considering there were only about 5 people in there at the time (food all over the floor, as if a party just ended). The person who came in after me got their food before me. Why?! It was a good 10 minutes before my order came out. I could make a faster burger at Fuddruckers, so I know it shouldn't take THAT long. :o(
