Kani has consistently provided enjoyable hibachi experiences with great chefs and prompt service. The atmosphere is pleasant, enhanced by good music, and the food is delicious, making it a favorite for both casual lunches and special occasions.

I have ordered twice via uber eats, wrote special instructions then instantly called to make sure they were followed... I wanted extra Yum Yum and NO onions. I work my butt off and sit at a desk dealing with problems running my company remotely 18 hours a day. This is the 2nd time the person who picked up the phone failed to fulfil specific instructions upon immediately initial ordering. I call every time when I am not given the option to add special instructions or add things to order to REINUSRE it is done correctly. The operations and management have been negligent to my request 2x in a row now as I pay for a $35 meal to continue to work in peace and have a well paid for dinner. Only reason I write this is because I own a business and I have had to dispute 2x and cause can extra headache with Ubereats. I don't want a FREE meal, I want it done as ordered and especially if I followed up on it (which should not be the case). The duluth location is poorly run and I tried to give a 2nd chance. I explained to "Yung" my past experience and hoping he would correct. What I received was like they didn't care or trying to show their own butt including the onions I did not order and 1/4 a little cupplet of yum yum. Really?? Reviews, Respcect, and customer service go a long way. DO NOT ORDER from here UNLESS you pick it up and TRIPLE CHECK your order.
