Please check kudzu.com & the BBB before you book any event with this facility. Cynthia Holt, the managing partner and chef of Rustic Gourmet, verbally assaulted me over email days before my wedding. She has cashed my deposit BEFORE my event and has since refused to return my $500. She changed my rehearsal 3 weeks before the wedding. She changed our wedding setup time 36 hours BEFORE the wedding. We lost picture time! Plus she caused me undue stress. She was incredibly unprofessional! It's a nice venue and the food is great but she is horrible to deal with and proved to be a terror. I have her emails to prove her behavior.
