During my recent business trip, I enjoyed a spacious suite at the Sheraton Suites Galleria, complete with a comfortable bed, a lovely view, and attentive staff like Kerwin, while appreciating the convenient proximity to restaurants and a mall, despite a few minor issues with room lighting and pillow softness.

The Sheraton Suites Galleria is a great hotel currently undergoing renovations, offering spacious suites with separate living and sleeping areas, complete with amenities like TVs, wet bar, microwave, and mini fridge; the personable staff, including standout service from Kerwin, made for a beautiful stay, with special mentions to Michael, Morgan, Moe, and Steven, while the convenient location near a mall and various restaurants, along with included breakfast and fantastic showers, ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience during my business trip.
