Celebrating Lunar New Year with a big group here was an unforgettable experience, especially with the variety of dishes like crab, lobster, cold chicken with fragrant ginger sauce, and fresh steamed fish that truly stood out. The dim sum selection impressed me too-the har gow had a delicate wrapper and generous filling, while the deep-fried shrimp balls were perfectly crispy and flavorful. What really made the meal enjoyable was the attentive service, with staff frequently clearing plates and checking in, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere that kept me coming back for more.
