They won't even return money for food that was not received , add that with horrible service and mediocre food and you get Penang. Went there on a Saturday morning and to my surprise the place was EMPTY. When I ordered take out I saw a major price difference in what was charged and the actual price printed on the menu, red flag number 1. Then after I placed the order the lady told me the wait time would be 10 minutes, I came back at 18 minutes just to hear that the food was not done and would take 5 more minutes. I had a meeting to the attend, so I decided to cancel my order and get a refund. And that is when all HELL broke loose..lol The lady that owns the place just kept saying "No Refund, I Call The Police, I Call The Police" All this over $8...yeah that's right $8...lol I thought "The Customer Is Always Right?" These Thieves.... Like why would you call the POLICE?! It's not like we didn't pay....we paid and wanted a refund..THIS PLACE DOESN'T MAKE ANY SENSE. WARNING!! DON'T COME HERE!!! This place has definitely went downhill from when I use to come here. Maybe they are under new management now..or have a new owner. What a shame..EW..
