Rising Roll is a popular lunch spot among Delta workers for its quick service and variety of hot and cold sandwiches, including the delicious "Chicken & Apples" and Cuban Panini options. The coleslaw is a great lighter side option with just the right amount of mayo, and the staff is consistently friendly and accommodating. It's a go-to choice for weekday lunches in Hapeville, though I wish they were open on weekends and still offered the tasty Fried Green Tomato sandwich.
