I placed my first (and last) order for delivery today. It has now been an hour since placing my order. No sign of anyone. I called to check on my order and they didnt bother to confirm my order or address...just told me the drivers were very busy and the order was on the way. She couldn t tell me any time frame for when to expect the delivery. When I expressed that I wouldn t be ordering again since the delivery time was beyond unacceptable and that the person who took the order over the phone was incredibly rude (I requested a an order of soup to be half wonton and half vegetable and was told no! You order wonton OR vegetable!"....I had to repeat my address about 6 times due to the man s constant rude interruptions...and my address is about as easy as an address can be) there was, literally, no response at all. The food arrived. I chose not tip, which is the first time in my 42 years making such a choice (tips are earned, not a given). I didn t think the driver was going to remove his foot from my front door without some assistance (upon handing him my signed charge slip, he immediately looked for his tip). While the food was warm, it was not all that good. One entree was Kung Pao Chicken. While this dish should be spicy, I have never had it have almost no flavor, but be painfully spicy. I will never order from them again. I wish I had read the previous reviews prior to my hasty order. Honest previous reviews. The positive ones have to be either a fluke experience or the owners trying to pad their reviews/reputation. Either way, this is single-handed ly the worst experience, food and waste of $30!
