During my visit to French Market West in Augusta, the food and service exceeded expectations, with standout dishes like the shrimp po' boy, seafood pasta, and she-crab soup showcasing fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, allowing for enjoyable conversation, and the staff, including owner Jim Beck and servers like J C and Liz, consistently provide attentive and friendly service.
