The food is simple yet satisfying beyond what I was expecting. All of the spreads are fantastic and the chicken salad is by far my favorite. The prices are incredible (if not the lowest in town) and they have a $5.00 chicken salad special that comes with the sandwich, drink, and you can even double the meat for only $.30 more. The customer service is exceptional especially since serve so many people yet find a way to make sure they get your order right on top of the thousands that are being yelled out to the sandwich makers and cashiers. The atmosphere is iconic and definitely shows how Sid's is a true staple to downtown Macon. Would easily recommend trying Sid's at least once.

No greeting. No welcome. "What are you having" were their first words. That was after the multiple rude glares by the woman in making the good. No small talk. I tried to be nice and say something but the cashier did not respond or even smile. Bad experience all together.
The only one who said anything nice or show led concern of my existence in their establishment was the young man cleaning the tables.
BAD EXPERIENCE!!
Taco alas wasn't bad but I WONT be back.
