The restaurant is owned by a kind and generous individual who once helped me change a flat tire in the parking lot. The establishment, Cantonese Chef, is a family-run business with a focus on authentic Chinese cuisine. I have been a longtime customer and always appreciate the fresh and delicious offerings, such as the mushroom fried rice and egg rolls.
