Happy China II is my go-to for when hunger strikes and I need a quick, affordable fix without breaking the bank. While the shrimp fried rice left me wishing for a flavor explosion, the spicy beef lo mein stole the show-tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and seasoning that hit the sweet spot, making me a fan for life!
