Broasted chicken is a staple around here, and for good reason - it's just so darn delicious! I grew up on the chicken from a local spot in Grandy, and while I still have my favorite, The Broaster is definitely worth a try. The chicken was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor - a real local gem worth coming back for.

I was born & raised in Faribault for over 48 years and grew up with the Broaster. I have never ever had anything that was not super awesome. Jerry & family, please keep up the great work. My family always makes it a point when we are back in Faribault that we stop at the Broaster. You guys ROCK!!
