I called to ask if oatmeal was on her menu she was a little rude didn't stay on the phone to complete my order or for her consideration to make sure I wanted it

Flies all over; fly swatters on all tables; tables not clean; owner very rude. Grilled ham and cheese on buffet not even warm. Took forever for the cook to get our food ready. I can't believe that the State Inspector doesn't close it down.
