The food at this diner is straightforward and delicious, served hot with no unnecessary embellishments - just what you'd expect from a great hometown spot. The breakfast options surpass those of larger chains like Perkins or Country Kitchen, and the attentive career servers truly understand how to provide excellent service. Despite the busy Sunday morning rush, we were promptly seated and served, with my country fried steak and my wife's French toast arriving swiftly and satisfyingly. Remember to bring cash to avoid the credit card upcharge, but rest assured that the reasonable prices and quality fare make it all worth it.
