Culver's in Marshall Minnesota

For the most part has really poor management (other than two that are really good *J&B), since the GM left to new ventures.

Power trips on the wrong employees that already ahead of themselves with getting tasks done and doing more than what's asked of them. In other words HARD WORKING. In general treating their worthy employees like crap.

While enjoying the company of under age teens doing absolutely nothing to help the store stay on track. While it's their first job management should be teaching work ethic and employees should be learning work ethic.

Not standing around having inappropriate conversations that customers can hear.
Nor making fun of customers. As I have witnessed.

Management shouldn't be worried if employees like them and think that they are cool. Management Needs to worry that the staff are doing the job correctly and efficiently.

People at Marshall location need better training and should learn some respect.

NOW that the there's no GM they are training to enforce proper procedures on things they would slack on before because of course they had that GM that would take the hit anytime. Not having someone to do that now their struggling because they don't remember proper procedures.

I don't see Marshall location lasting much longer. To be honest.
