Whenever I'm in New Ulm, I make sure to stop by George's because the food is incredible and the service is friendly and attentive, even when it's packed. Sitting by the open kitchen, you can tell the team takes pride in every dish, from perfectly cooked steaks to flavorful sides, making it a truly welcoming and memorable experience.

If you find yourself in New Ullm or passing through, this restaurant is a must-visit! The atmosphere was bustling and lively, with George himself providing exceptional service at the bar. The food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience.
