I purchased the Kenyon City Grill and received it yesterday. I am not so much writing a review about the product as I have not had a chance to put it to work. The grill does look to be well made and I think it will give me many years of service on my RV. This review is more about Kenyon the company. After reading the directions I wanted to see how fast it heated up. I plugged it in, pushed down and turned the control knob and nothing happened. The knob just turned on the control shaft. This morning I called Kenyon and explained the situation to the receptionist. She was extremely kind, courteous and apologetic. I was then connected to a technician who was also kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He also apologized profusely and knew exactly what the problem was. As it turns out there was a defect with the knob which is no big deal to me. I was expecting that he would just send me a new knob but no, he is going to send me two knobs so I have a spare. Then he said he was going to include the griddle attachment for my troubles. In this day and age I just wasn't expecting to be treated like that. With great employees, great service and what appeared to be a great product no wonder the company has been around since 1931. My daughter who lives in Chicago was thinking about an electric grill and I now know Kenyon is the way to go.
