The chicken is nothing like it once was. It was so hard to chew it hurt my mouth. Sad, I used to love KFC.

there phone has been busy for 2 hours still busy can`t place an order

We ordered 4 meals to go. Got home to find out half our order was missing. No biscuits or cookies. We called the next day. She apologized and stated they would send coupons for 6 biscuits and 6 cookies. Wow, 2 extra of each for their mistake and us missing half our meals that night.
Well, that was better than nothing, right? Wrong, what we got was absolutely nothing. They never made good on their coupon. Make sure you check your order before you leave. Very expensive meal when you only get half of it.
We even asked for honey and butter for our biscuits (they sent that, just no biscuits).
Very disappointed, can't trust their word either.
