The meal was delicious, and the service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff making the experience enjoyable. The lakeside view added a relaxing ambiance, perfect for unwinding while savoring tasty dishes like burgers, pizzas, and the foot-long hot dog. Their impressive beer selection, including a brewed summer shandy, combined with a welcoming atmosphere, makes this a favorite destination whenever I'm in Detroit Lakes.

I had an amazing experience at Lakeside Tavern, where the service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect for a summer evening, with stunning lakeside views that made our meal even more enjoyable. Despite a few minor hiccups, the friendly staff and tasty dishes, like the Cubano Reuben and loaded chicken quesadilla, left me eager to return.

I took my mother to Lakeside today (Sunday) for our favorite taco salad. It was so horrid, to spicy, too salty. Not edible. Told the waitress who went back to the kitchen to check and came back out and told us it was the worst she had ever tasted. She credited us for both orders. I don't know who the cook was but get rid of him

Prices are ridiculously high! One turkey bacon melt sandwich with kettle chips 16.50..add tax/tip 20%= 22$
Not worth it in my opinion and won't be back.
