Wow, this local joint is a must-visit for delicious food! Feathered Acres Learning Farm & Inn recommended it, and we were blown away by the burgers, fries, and shakes. Remember to bring cash though, as they don't accept cards - we were scrambling for spare change in the car! The Red Onion offers a fantastic meal and is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area.

Drove from New London to pick up burgers and fries. Nice drive and excellent food and service. Great place! Highly recommended.

Was just there (7/13/2012). It's our pit stop on the way up north. Found out today that they get there meat fresh right there in town and they get there buns from the local bakery! No wonder it all tastes so fresh!!! Their onion rings are whole onions! This is definitely the stop on the way through. I highly recommend the experience. They have ice cream as well.

Great burger stop. I am told they bake their burger buns daily. The burger itself is moist and tasty. My brobturned me on to this place and anytime I am in the area I'll stop in.

VERRRRRRYYYYYYY GOOOOOODDDDDD!!!!!!!! i love this place they have amazing food!!! especially burgers and tator tots!!!! definitely two thumbs up!!
