I haven't been to Hell's Kitchen in Duluth lately, but I've visited the one there and the one in Minneapolis before. I've been to both multiple times, but I won't return to the one in Minneapolis - although I heard they have a new location since my last visit. What I loved about Hell's Kitchen: caramel roll, wild rice porridge, lemon ricotta pancakes, crispy potatoes with homemade ketchup, handmade fries, ham sandwich, tomato soup. What I didn't like: decor, atmosphere, cleanliness, aloof staff, huevos rancheros, bison, inattentive service. I gave it four stars mainly for the caramel roll - I know it's not entirely fair, but I'd endure the dislikes for that caramel roll!
