I've been enjoying China Star near Target for a while now, and it's always a solid choice for Chinese takeout. The food is fresh and flavorful, especially the beef lo mein and sweet and sour chicken, though the chicken could use a bit more meat. Fast service and generous portions make it a go-to for satisfying meals, and it's nice that they're friendly and keep the place clean.
