I have been using Waiter Express for the past 4 years and I am consistently impressed with their service. The friendly staff and efficient drivers ensure that my food is delivered promptly. With a diverse range of restaurant options, Waiter Express is my top choice for quick and reliable food delivery.

We could not believe the mark-up on the food prices, verses the same food items directly from restaurant. (We called to check prices).
Waiter express told us that the RESTAURANT sets the price. NOT true, waiterexpress adds a convenience charge to every food item. Then they also charge $8.95 delivery, a credit card charge, tax and a tip.
Our order was approximately $62.00 in food, and over $40. In fees. Total over $104.00, for 4 sub sandwiches and 4 soups.
We feel they are taking advantage of the sick that come to Mayo Clinic. It may be a convenience for the WEALTHY clients, but not for average elderly people trying to make it from one Social security check to the next, and then throw in terminal illness expenses on top of that. Many elderly travel from outside the state, so many times it requires them to pay for housing as well.
SHAME ON YOU WAITER EXPRESS. SHAME ON YOU!!!
