While on vacation in St Cloud, I dined at Coyote Moon on a Friday night for Prime Rib and was pleasantly surprised by the meal and service. The salad bar was a nice touch, and the atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was delicious.
