My partner and I dined at Athens Cafe, a cozy local Greek joint. The worn-in ambiance, friendly service, and delicious, generous entrees made for a perfect meal.

Always delicious food. The people that work there are as good as the food. If I am in Bird Town, it's a must stop.

Been eating here/there since they opened. Not a drop in the quality of their product. Always a satisfying experience. Don't be afraid to chat up the servers. They are quite the gregarios bunch. A great experience. Oh yeah, the food is equally as wonderful. Get the hummus, it's made daily, oh so fresh. GO THERE you will be pleased

Always the best. I especially like their gyros. Packed with meat. I live a ways away from Robbinsdale but always make the trek to get their classic hummus! Unlike store bought hummus you can eat a lot of it. They have it in to go containers. Don't forget a pack of pitas as well.

Have visited for takeout 5-6 times during previous 6 months. I always let the bald headed skinny guy behind the counter order for me, and have never been disappointed. In fact, the opposite. The humus is some of the best you can get in the twin cities, and their pita chips - let's just say you should always order an extra side to take home with you. Their platter for 4 feeds six and is a great value - I have ordered it twice.

We go to Athens every chance we get. the food is really something special. I've been to other Greek restaurants, and one was bad, another was ok. You can taste the quality of their food.
They often have coupons too. Imagine 2 Gyro sandwiches a huge pile of fries and a soft drink for $15.99!!!
You can't lose. and there are plenty of vegetarian options, and also burgers, fries, onion rings. etc.
Give it a try.
