I visited this food cart a couple of weeks ago and the bulgogi sandwich has been on my mind ever since. I debated between trying this cart or exploring the dandelion kitchen or any of the other carts I hadn't yet visited, but I'm thrilled I chose this one. Opting for the full bulgogi sandwich at $6 was a wise decision; the meat was a perfect blend of sweet, sour, and spicy, generously filling the sandwich. The bread held up well, even when I saved half for a later snack, making it a satisfying and delicious meal option in downtown Minneapolis.
