Went through the drive through with a couple of buddies on March 11 to try out the sourdough king. After repeating our order of 3 double sourdough king meals two or three times, we pull ahead towards the window. When we reached the window, we could hear a female employee yelling at other employees. She called another employee a “Down syndrome Monkey” and proceeded to use other obscenities when talking about our order. When she walked into view, she had no mask on and was continuing to swear and talk down to other employees. Eventually, we were given our food and drove home. After getting home we were disappointed to find that all three of our sandwiches were singles and not the doubles we had ordered. We still enjoyed our single sandwiches but the experience was overall disappointing and the employee yelling obscenities was very unpleasant and it appeared that her fellow employees felt the same way too. My friends and I go to this Burger King often, and it is usually a decent experience but this time was just really poor and not up to the standard we hold Burger King to.
