I've been a regular at Carbone's on the Avenue for over 30 years. The pizza and crust there are unbeatable in my book. I recommend waiting an hour before ordering to give their ovens enough time to heat up. The staff at Carbone's Mahtomedi are fantastic, and their pizzas and hoagies are absolutely delicious.
