Due to unforeseen circumstances, Emily's Bakery has unfortunately closed its doors, leaving a void in my heart for their delectable treats that always brought me joy. The memories of their almond coffee cake, cherry angel food cake, and Bakewell tarts will forever hold a special place in my culinary journey, and I can only hope that someone will preserve the legacy of this beloved bakery.

We are so sad to know you are closing your doors after 73 years, due to can't get any bakers. If anyone out there sees this and f it isn't too late, maybe you or someone you know loves to bake and interested in working for the best bakery.
Emily's has been part of my family since 1971 when we first moved to Hastings, MN, we have had birthday cakes, Naturalization cakes, wedding cakes and so much more made by bakers of Emily's and beautifully done too. There is your pies, bars, cookies, donuts, and again, more that have been part of all us through each years.
Your deli was delicious. I will miss that as much as your bakery goods. God bless you all on your new journey. You will be missed by everyone that has ever stepped a foot in your door.
