My favorite spot for Chinese food in St. Paul is where Joe, the owner, makes you feel right at home. The menu is packed with delicious options, especially the egg fu yong with its unique old-school style. The friendly atmosphere, great food, and affordable prices make it a must-visit when you're in downtown St. Paul.
