My husband and I are regular customers at Jakeeno's and have been for years. The food is always delicious and the environment is friendly. Lately, I have noticed a change in the service when placing orders over the phone. The person named Josh who takes our orders seems to have a consistently rude attitude, which is disappointing. I truly miss the friendly service we used to receive from Jack. The food selection is great with options like the all-you-can-eat spaghetti on Tuesdays for a fantastic deal. The thin crust pizza is a favorite of mine, and the pasta dishes are always satisfying. The service is welcoming and the new patio is a lovely addition. It's wonderful to see this local treasure thriving, and I look forward to returning as a regular customer.
