I have ordered from Jimbo's for pizza delivery for about twenty years and I've always told people that although the place isn't much to look at they had the best pizza around here. That wasn't the case tonight. It took two hours to be delivered. I called after an hour and a half to see if something had been mixed up with the address or something. The person on the phone was polite and told me they were busy and that my pizza was in the oven at that time. I didn't have a problem with that, if they were busy, they were busy. Half hour the pizza arrived. I opened the box and it was burned crisp, half of it so crispy black that it went in the garbage.. I couldn't believe anybody put that in a box and expected somebody to pay for it. I told the delivery person that it was burned but she didn't seem concerned. I hate to complain and I was hungry so I paid for it. Then when I got inside I also found out that it was cold. Cold and burned for twenty dollars. I wished I'd have refused it. I can understand that from time to time a cook may forget a pizza in the oven too long but there is no excuse for putting it in a box and expecting to be paid a good price for burned food and no excuse for delivering cold pizza. I understand they are new owners but they won't be in business long if they don't get their act together. This ex loyal customer will be shopping around for a new place.

Nothing fancy but a great little "Hole in the Wall" Kind of dumpy but clean. Inexpensive. If you want great value on food go here. If you want fancy with a higher price go somewhere else.
