I'm teetering between three and four stars here, mainly because the service was stellar-water refills and timely food delivery kept the good vibes rolling. The egg foo young and egg rolls hit the mark, but the beef and broccoli? Let's just say it was a chewy adventure through a forest of raw onion chunks. While the cleanliness left something to be desired, I've got a soft spot for their pho and friendly owners who remember my name; it's worth giving this joint another whirl!
