If you're looking for delicious Mexican food, Pineda is a must-visit in Plymouth. Their hard shell tacos with chipotle chicken and fresh guacamole are fantastic, and the self-serve salsa bar adds an extra touch of fun. The warm, welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make each visit enjoyable, plus the ample parking is a real bonus!

I grew up in Colorado and these were the BEST tacos I've had since I moved to MN. You could tell the food was cooked with care, and I am now one happy gringo to know that authentic comida mexicana is just fifteen minutes away!!! Go eat there tonight.
