I decided to order pizza man after I saw an add in the paper. I went online to view a menu. Blaine's Pizza Man didn't have a menu, so I decided to view other metro Pizza Man menus thinking they would be the same.I got on the phone and ordered 24 Boneless wings and an order or cheese fries. When the food arrived, the wings were not boneless and the cheese fries looked like they were baked on 2 crusts. They were burnt on the top and soggy in the middle.

I called in to find out what happened to my boneless wings and why my cheese fries looked so bad. I was told the manager had left for the evening and I would have to call back in the morning. My issue was not resolved. I tried to just deal with it, but after starting in on the wings, the third wing was cold. This, tripled with the fact that they were not boneless and my fries looked disgusting really irritated me. I drove the food back, and told the employee that I would call back in the morning.

It took me two days to get a hold of a manager. When I finally did, the manager said he would not refund my money because I had eaten FIVE of the wings even though I had only eaten three. Even so, I hardly think that 5 wings constitutes a $25.43 price tag. Very unsatisfactory customer service. I would not order food from this particular Pizza Man ever again.
